It is vitally important to seal your new home during the construction process. Sealing during the construction process insures a proper seal of possible air leaks.
There are two critical stages of construction where we apply energy seal.
Stage 1: Rough Frame Stage
At this stage of a new homes construction we seal exterior surfaces including all still plates, bond joists, top plates, and dozens of other problem areas.
Stage 2: Post Drywall Stage
We seal around the edges of openings made for electrical outlets, plumbing fixtures and other holes through the exterior walls and ceilings.
These critical steps reduces air leakage and moisture migration into exterior walls and attics.
