However, in the event that you should require warranty service, please use this form.Your concerns should be listed in numerical order.

Once we recieve your written request for service, a Live Well Custom Homes representative will make an appointment to meet with you.At that time, a complete visual and written inspection report reguarding your concerns will be completed.
Following a review of the inspection report, a position letter will then be mailed to you and a repair will be scheduled accordingly.
